The rooms are cozy, comfortable and suitable for me. I also liked the location as it's convenient just off Sukhumvit Road and close to T21.

Our second stay at hotel mermaid was as comfortable as the first. Great location, quiet, very clean, good value for money and lovely pool. The gentleman on door was extremely courtious and all staff very helpful. AC cold & the most comfortable bed in Thailand!!

1.Balcony with a decent view, there are some run down sites but the horizon makes up for it. 2. Pool is not deep but it is long 3. SMOKING only allowed in the suites on the balcony! 4. Around the corner is the Main Street which was nice 5. 7/11 around the street 6. Night view was pretty great

2 adults and baby staying for 17 nights. Beautiful spacious room with a nice spacious balcony, pool is perfect for the hot days you’re chilling at the hotel or after a long day out. Really nice big bathtub and shower and really close to shops and malls. Water gets really hot which is nice. Housekeeping went above and beyond and reception staff are just the loveliest, will remember the doorman forever, such a beautiful kind hearted man. Really enjoyed our stay, will definitely be back to stay!

A very quiet place and comfortable room. Very clean everywhere... lobby,pool,hallways, etc. Good bedding and soft pillows. Good lighting. Smooth check-in and check-out.

I love the location as it is close to everything but not too close as to always be stuck in traffic and noise outside. the hotel staff were always polite and helpful. The price i paid for the hotel over new year was less the half of the nearest hotel with a similar category so i cant complain on anything. whilst there was a connecting door in the room i didnt hear anything else from the other rooms in the 6 days i stayed there. my room was on the eight floor so no street noise or neigbour noise etc. The room had the desk for working, and all the basic things that I expect to find in a similar hotel. Whilst the place is not new, my room was clean and more than good enough for sleeping and working.

the doorman was the best part of the hotel who greeted you on arrival and while leaving :) everything was great otherwise from the front desk who greeted you every day to the room being cleaned thoroughly by the cleaning staff - no complaints. they made the stay just as great. english channels were available on tv if required the bed was super comfy with double pillows! I didn't have breakfast during my stay but this was priced at 350 BHT and was available next door - the front desk would take you to the hotel to have your breakfast. early check in was not available on the day but i was still given good treatment before checking ins

The room was even nicer and more spacious than in the pictures, which is quite rare on hotel sites. Nice layout and a good balcony. Everything was according to expectations. The location is also good.

The room sir really nicely appointed it's a great bathroom and it's super quiet at night. Air condition worked well and it has twin elevators that are intelligent so you're never more than 10 to 15 seconds away from an elevator regardless of which floor you're on. Location is excellent you can go anywhere from here and the MRT and rail lines are within a 10 minute walking distance. Great shops good food and a safe location. I think this is a real value as a hotel regarding the prices they have in this extraordinary area. I've certainly enjoyed my stay here and plan to come back in the future. Highly recommend it.

We stayed for 4 nights. The room was very spacious after the room we had in Singapore. The bed was one of the most comfortable beds we have slept in throughout Asia. The bathroom is large with a bath and separate shower. We had a balcony that overlooked the pool. The breakfast is at the hotel next door and the food on offer was amazing. The hotel is in a laneway not far from the main strip, we did have some difficulty finding a restaurant for dinner but we were looking for Street Food type places and a lot of the places were more high end International food which is not what we wanted in Thailand. The staff were amazing and the doorman always opened the door for us with a smile and a salute.
